Pounding on the ceiling all day and all night. Can hear the hallway door slam every time someone enters the building. Poor heat in the winter, stingy with the hot water. They do a good job plowing in the winter, but overall the buildings are poorly constructed, laundry facilities are a long walk from outer apartments. Lived here one year, and that was enough for me!
