Going Downhill Fast!!!

I have lived here less than a year, yet I can see a rapid decline in service since new ownership took over. The little customer friendly things have been eliminated. The resident appreciation program (rent discount based on years of tenancy that Flatley had was eliminated. Also, you used to be able to only pay 25 cents for a dryer if you only needed a few minutes. Now you have to pay 1.25 for a full hour. When a washer or dryer breaks in the Granada building, it is replaced by an even older machine that has been stashed in storage. Also, when maintenance is needed in my unit, it takes at least five calls to management to get the job done. I'm still waiting on a problem that came up in December (fixed one thing, broke something else). In addition, common areas are poorly maintained. Hallways and stairwells are rarely if ever cleaned and smell poorly, and it takes weeks for a lightbulb to be replaced. If you find you must move here, move to the Georgetown complex, not Granada - at least Georgetown has new washers and dryers.
