APARTMENT GOING DOWNHILL SINCE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER

We have lived in Granada Apartments since 1991 and it was always a good place to live. Then last year, new owners purchased the complex and it has gone downhill. They are going to start charging you for heat separate from the rent and they may start charging to use the swimming pool, trash removal and parking which is mostly unheard of in other Framingham apartment complexes. They are also renting to low income tenants and that has completely changed the class of people moving in. We were always great tenants but based on these new owners now, we do not plan on renewing our lease next year when it comes up
