We relocated from Mississippi and did the majority of our apartment searching by Internet, phone and fax. The staff at Georgetown were always friendly and responsive in arranging our lease, and service has continued to be great after our arrival.

Price is similar to other apartments in the Framingham area, but the layout and condition are definitely a step above others we've seen since arriving. The three story layout provides for plenty of parking, while the brick construction keeps them quiet. Being an older complex the apartments seem larger than most, yet have been nicely renovated with high quality appliances and carpeting.

Access to Rt. 9 is incredibly easy, and the commuter rail station is a 5 minute drive / 30 minute walk away.

Only real drawback is that the gym, which is larger than most and has real Nautilus machines, is located at the sister complex (Bayberry) about a mile away. However it's not a problem if you simply stop on the way home from work, as we do.

Overall, Georgetown has proven to be a good choice that we do not regret in any way. Highly recommended!
