Rude Customer Service

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Overall Property is OK, However the customer service reps (from Security guards to lifeguards in pool to even property managers) are really rude people.
Only time they talk nicely when you are moving in and signing the lease and its all downhill from there.
