I have been a resident here for many years (over 10) and have had nothing but great experiences with both the old and new management. I felt I needed to write when I saw negative remarks that aren't true. This is a wonderful place to live. Everything is taken care of in a timely manner and with a smile. I called the office with a maintenance request to fix an item in my apartment that I broke. I told them I would pay for it as it was my fault. Not only did they fix it that day, I wasn't charged anything for it. So much for the comment that they ""CHEAT" you down to your last penny". I've only found that they go out of their way to make you happy.
I am retired so I'm home a lot of the time. I don't know where the previous poster hears lawnmovers on the weekend, the grass is cut during the week. I live in the building right next to the dumpster area with my bedroom window facing it. The garbage truck does come four/five times a week which is great as this keeps the property clean. In the time I lived here it has not disturbed me once.
I also love all the great changes occurring on the property. We have great resident functions, the tennis courts were just redone and my building's hallways are currently undergoing renovations. They have removed the wallpaper and according to the maintenance employee doing the work it will be painted, a chair rail added and the carpet is being replaced.

This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
