Very unprofessional management staff, along with dumpy apartments...not an attractive location, one elevator that is always broken, rude prop. manager who needs a new profession!!!

Sounds like someone who made a ridiculous request that was not granted. I've never had anything but wonderful dealings with the office or maintenance (that could be because I'm a reasonable human being). Get a life!!!!
