we lived in georgetown apts. the location is nice with Rt.9 nearby and is easily accesible to all shopping places.
The buildings are old and have some roach pblms in summer (not in winters). The pest control ppl come and spray something, but they still exist. Atleast all the ppl i knew in my building had this pblm. Other than this, the community is safe and good to live.
Many issues are taken care within 24 hours, while some are NOT. We had a Dryer pblm in our building, it was not taken care at all.
The heating system was not good at our place.
