I would not recommend renting from this company. When I moved in I signed a lease for 1 year. That was a big mistake. They are nice to you when you move in but it is virtually impossible to get out of your lease. If you do rent from this place MAKE SURE you read over the entire lease. There are many loop holes that all support the management and ways they can con you out of money. Management was very unprofessional and does not care about tenants. Parking is outrageous. There was a car parked in the lot, in the same space, in the same location, for atleast the last 3 months I was in the apartment. For all I know it is probably still there. People also park in non-assigned parking spaces which creates an extreme fire hazard. Rent is outragous. It would cost you the same to own an apartment of that size. I could go on and on and on about how terrible this place is but I will hold back. A word of advice....read lease, and seriously think about it before you move in....

Why should it be easy to break a lease. It is a contract. You are lucky they let you break it at all. My apartment makes you pay for the entire lease, no exceptions.
