Dont waste your time if your looking in Framingham. Ive lived here for over three years and seen the place going down hill. Im afraid to walk to my car at night from the people hanging out drinking in the parking lot, the buildings are noisy, poor parking, and the staff doesnt care like they use to. When I complain to the office, the manager doesnt care like the other ones use to. In the past, all complaints were addressed. But over the last year and a half, I have found nothing gets done. The office staff is actually rude to you when you try to voice a complaint! Ive had cockroaches from the people downstairs (told to me by maintenance) and yet they are still here and I have still have bugs, going on 3 months now. Its sad to see what has happened here....Id give my name but Im afraid the manager will retaliate as Ive seen she has done in the past. While I think the manager is very responsive, I do believe there is such a need to fill apartments that they will rent to just anybody - people who regularly trash the laundry and other public areas, and yes, drinking and noisiness from patios, blaring stereos, unsupervised kids. People speeding through the parking lot. Some of the office staff are not responsive, but I've found the maintenance staff to be very helpful. The after hours service sucks though - they hardly take a message and can't be counted on to pass it along, even when an emergency.
