There are many apartments with many people living there that do not belong. This creates a problem with laundry and parking. I think more needs to be done and that these people need to be asked to leave. We also have lots of big work truck and vans that should be parked eleswhere, maybe in the lot by the dumpster. They sometimes take up to spaces, or there is not enough room to open your doors. I also feel that many residents do not have respect for there neighbors. Some can not even say Hello and some play music vey loud or spend late evening on there balconies and don't care that they are keeping the neighbors awake. It seems that project are often started but take a long time to complete.
