I agree with previous 3 reviews. Not at all what it once was when Flatley owned the property. Too many residents to one apartment; some residents management know nothing about - possibly illegal immigrants. Parking has gotten worse. Some neighbors exremely noisy, day and night, inside and outside their apartment. Have seen parties of more than fifty people spill out into the public areas. Management seems ineffectual in dealing with these problems. If you're looking for a luxury apartment, this is not the place. If you're looking for a subsidized housing project, this may or may not work for you. Like previous tennant, I'm looking forward to moving out.
