I've been here ten years but don't intend to renew. Some staff are good but overall there is less professionalism with the people AIMCO has hired. Under AIMCO it is poorly managed and under staffed. There's no longer a full time manager on site. One neighbor told me the gutter to her building broke off this winter. Management says it can't be fixed until spring. During a heavy rain, with no roof gutter, two 1st floor apartments were flooded in the livingroom in her building. I've heard from residents at Bayberry Hill that the office staff problems are the same up there, because it's the same staff trying to manage two properties. Bayberry and Granada/Georgetown are both run by AIMCO.
