I have to disagree with the last 5 [or so] reviews. I have been here for only about 2 weeks but I feel I made a very good choice by renting with Georgetown Granada. And what's with people complaining about the management here' I have interacted with Athena and Tyler from the office and I have always been very happy with them.

Pros:
1. Great location. EVERYTHING you could wish for is within 1 mile radius. EVERYTHING!
2. More power for your dollar. Compared to the rents charged by the Jeffersons and Bayberries, Windsors, Avalons and other communities nearby Georgetown is something that you can say is AFFORDABLE.
3. Decent sized living room. BIG Bedroom and spacious walk-in closet.
4. Friendly Office Staff. Management is not too restrictive on items like satellite dishes.
5. 2 Tennis courts - though they are not the best [baseline to fencing is just 7-8 feet!]
6. THEY CLEAN YOUR CAR WHEN IT SNOWS! Who else does that'
7. All apartments have a decent sized balcony.

Cons:
1. Small Kitchen
2. Facilities available are less as compared to nearby [expensive] communities. Not really a drawback but people whould have loved a clubhouse, grilling stations etc.
