From: enlelisa@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I moved to Edgewater the first of Feb 05, never having seen the place because I was in Maryland for a while and wanted to transfer back up here. I love living in Framingham, and Edewater, across from a beautiful resevoir and near a golf course, has the beauty of Western Mass. In addition, it alleviates the obnoxious u-turn problem of Framingham by having IT'S OWN stoplight. I work 12 hour days, so I have no hit the fitness center yet, but we have our own dry cleaner, ATM, CONVENIENCE STORE OPEN UNTIL 10:30 THAT HAS ALCOHOL, tennis courts, clubhouse, trash removal on same floor, laundry room on same floor. Mail in same building, the option to park in the grage for 30 bucks a month. I live in a small studio with a private balcony and I got in (no water view) during off season for 700 a month. Heating bill is under 50 bucks if you consistently leave it on one setting. Only went over 100 once when I kept messing with it. That is the only utility bill other than electric. The place is like living at the marriot and I always feel safe. I called and had them add on a deadbolt and maintenance has never taken more than 24 hours. Personell is super pleasant. With my work schedule, I would never live anywhere else. I absolutely love it.
