LIving at Edgewater was a total nightmare! so Expensive and a horrible experience. It was always freezing in my apartment, I was on the water side, drafts came in all winter long! The management said electricity would be around $60/month, but it is generally around $200 b/c the heat and A/C is electric. I had maintanence come in my apartment w/o any notification, put down RAT TRAPS hidden under my bed and behind my end table in my living room!!!! We've had notices to have the exterminator come b/c major BUG problems! FIRE ALARMS ARE SET OFF ALL THE TIME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! My bathroom was falling apart and maintanence came in saw it like that and said that it was just from the neighbors upstars not shutting their shower curtain!!! THEY NEVER REPLACED IT and we were there another 5 months after they saw it!!! There is plenty of parking but the spaces are so small you need to drive a mini cooper to fit in them!!! DEFINATELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE!
