Its the most horrendous and scary place that i ever lived. The apartment is so small that i feel atleast a matchbox is bigger in size. huh.
There are so many fights going on in the vicinity. One day i saw a person lying in a pool of blood, stabbed in his throat, in the parking lot. Thats it! that was the last month for me, i broke my lease and left the place.
A rapist who kidnapped a girl(also from edgewater)was arrested from building 1610.
The management doesnot even bother to inform the residents what actually happened.
I feel it is not a safe place to live. I suggest please think again before getting into this place, as this may compromise your/your family's safety.

Were you able to get out of your lease? I am trying to now for the same reasons you stated...I also walked by the pool of blood to get into my apartment the night of the stabbing.
