My two cents From: debbrbl Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I was really surprized to read some of this after a friend suggested I check it out. I have had a really good experience at Edgewater Hills, my apartment is great with a view of the golf course Maintenance comes when I call I haven't had to deal with the office except to get the wand to swipe to get in the building. I don't understand all the talk about keys since I only have one to my apartment. Maybe they have not installed these in all the buildings yet. The fitness center has all new equipment. So it's all ok for me.
