The apartment is very nice, but when it comes to winter, the electricity bill can cost you up to 250$ a month, and I live with my husband only, and we dont have children. Walls are thin above you, you can hear everything, from couple making love to yelling like hell.
The management is not very good after you rent your apartment, when you ask them a request, they forget about you, or they just don't care, your just another number in their pocket.
Almost a year I lived there, they have increase the rent from 960 to 980 a month, thats ridiculus to increase like this every year, new comers have the basic price of course until they will received their rent renewal.
