Beware of the "bonk" sound!!!

The only major complaint my husband and I have is that there is a "bonking" sound that occures 5-6 nights a week, keeping us from getting a good nights sleep since we've moved in here about a month ago. I feel like I may go mad!! Let's hope we can resolve this issue with maintenence.
