Yes, if I pursuade my friends to move here I'd get a $500 check from the mgmt. office.
But I'd never do such a cruel thing to my friends.
If you enjoy funky odour in the corridors or in your apt, the sound of screeching tires in the middle of the night, fire truck sirens, rap or latino music blasting from the cars passing by then this is the place for you.
Otherwise stay the hell out of this ghetto.
Sure there are some nice white and Indian people who are quiet and respectful but a lot of the latino population here are loud, obnoxious and exhibit really bad and angry-at-life attitude.
By the way, dents on your car are GUARANTEED if you park it here for more than a month.
Don't delude yourself that the mgmt office will do anything to correct the problems. They know full well what the problems are but have done absolutely NOTHING, zero to address residents' concerns.
