I've lived in the hills for about 5 months now, I have a few problems-

1. I do not share the same last name as the person who's name is on the lease- therefore my mail is sent back to the Framingham Post Office. After numerous complaints it still does.
2. Yesterday at 5pm I learned my apartment would be "inspected" at 9:30am this morning.
Not okay, what are you looking for
3. I illegally own a dog, yes I know that it is illegal, however I don't see why my litter boxed trained dog who doesn't bark is illegal but a family in a studio apartment can have 4 kids, a mom, a dad and a grandfather.
4. People leave there laundry all throughout laundry room which makes it impossible to do your own.
5. You risk being hit by a car at anypoint during the day if you walk over to the gym/tennis courts
6. Easy access to route 9....not during rush hour.
7. Security isn't the best. I am a resident I couldn't get an entry pass until dire efforts were taken (again, I have a different last name then my roommate) however, the pizza man, chinese food man and other people have keys.
8. Once there was a diaper left in the elevator.

For those of you who think that I am dramatizing the situation I am not. And I live in building A suppodsidly the nicest building....

Not to be all negative:
1. I have a great view
2. No one has been attentive enough to catch my puppy
3. Chef Orient makes killer lo mein and delivers
4. I've lucked out with primarily good neighbors (some even with cats and dogs which behave)

oh shut up. I lived there for 1 year and had no complaints it was the best management and maintence.

dogs are not illegal... but you are being cheap and not paying a pet fee. i have a dog and went about it the responsible way. and maybe your apartment was being inspected because your are not so sneaky and they know you have a puppy dumbass. there is traffic everywhere during rush hour.. thats why its called RUSH HOUR. and delivery men DO NOT have keys. they get buzzed in.. are you retarded?
