Edgewater Hills is the best place that I have ever lived. I have lived there for a year and will continue. I dont know where these crazy comments come from but there are always smells in apartments hallways from different kinds of cooking. Some idiots just dont realize that. As for people driving by in cars with music yes thats what people do anyone who has a problem with that must have mental problems, and needs to find someting in their live to do and think about besides other peoples music. The walls are made of cement so you cant hear much, if you can oh well thats what happens in apartments with people LIVING around you. I have never felt more safe than here! The grounds are extrememly clean once there was a dead bird that was cleaned up right away. I have never had any problems with the neighbors, maintenance, or the leasing office. When I needed help with my balcony door I got an immediate response and they left a note to feel free to call if I have anymore questions. If you are considering I would say do it!! Dont listen to any of those pampered people who post negative comments and should still be living at home with mommy.

I think this joker work for rental office or he is one of the stinking guys who I saw near parking lot whose ass needs to be kicked for lying! This place really stinks!

i aggree w/ verybad1. this place is HORRIBLE, and id list the whole laundry list of things thats terrible about this place but ill be here all day. what really was the last straw for me was crackwhores knocking on my door 5 times in the middle of the night (also knocking on EVERYONE ELSES DOORS), and dirty brazilian kids urinating in the elevators. my car has been vandalized 3 times, kids constantly play in the hallways and leave their trash EVERYWHERE, my laundry has been stolen, and people are rude, loud and inconsiderate. i understand this is apartment living and no matter where you go youre going to hear noise, but its become unbearable. this place was fine for maybe the 1st week i was here, but sorry, i value my health and safety over an apartment complex anyday. this place blows
