i have lived in a renovated studio apat for over a year and find it conveninent and quiet . there is a family with a child next to me and i never hear anything which is unusual. never had a problem with staff or maint. in fact no maint problems so far. i love the white cabinets and newer appliances - i lived in buiding d for quite some time and there is huge difference in this building. onlu complaint is the heating system and heat is expensive. i also am able to have my cat and bird which is huge plus.probably will stay a while.
