No security deposit yet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved from Edgewater Hills apts. in the beginning of July of 2006. It is January 2007 and yet I have not seen my security even though they say they are going to mail it out. I dont like to badmouth edgewater hills, but in the same token they are not not being fair to me. If I had not paid my rent they would of been on me like white on rice and would have had me pay late fees on top of that. Now since they owe me they could care less and I'm sure I am not getting any interest to what they owe me. I just dont understand it I paid rent on time and was never late, but here it is 6 months later and NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. All I will say is if you move here stay ontop of them and dont let them get away with anything, because like me you will be waiting and will only get promises with no delivery.
