There are several issues here. The rent is high considering the small space, the apts are old,the heating/ac systems are original and not maintained,the parking is a nightmare, the noise levels are absurd.The unit was not cleaned prior to my moving in. There was still hair in the tub.The appliances were old, the paint mismatched,the carpet was stained throughout, the flooring was stained as well and cracked.My toilet never functioned properly.I also felt there were multiple security issues. You continually hear noise from every direction. There is absolutely no soundproofing.I am not a disgruntled renter, but do wish for future tenants to be warned.There are also very few people who live or work here who are English speaking. I also want to add that the laundry rooms are not properly maintained along with the washers and dryers. The keys to your mailboxes and doors get stuck all the time.When it snows you are plowed in and also have tremendous difficulty finding a parking spot. The underground spots which can be used for an added cost do not accomodate suvs or larger vehicles as well.Also safety is an issue as people are let in through the front doors without question.
