No From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartment blocks are never cleaned, theft is a certainity, be aware that you could have fire engines could wake you up all the time. Cleanliness and maintenance is the worst part. Not recommended
