This is the worst sh*thole I've ever seen. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I hate this place with a passion. We have less than two months left on our lease and I am thrilled to be getting the hell out. Capital Properties should be ashamed of themselves; leasing to perfectly nice people who can actually afford to live here (unlike the illegal immigrants they let in ... don't even get me started.) Parking is absurd, the spots are way too small and people have no respect for your car or its paint job. The maintenance staff is the sketchiest bunch of men I have ever met; I am scared to walk down the hall alone when they are there. I have sent more than three certified letters of complaints to the management office for turning off our water with no prior notice or reason given for 8 hours at a time, and I got absolutely no response. The washers and dryers are absurdly priced and don't even work; I had to call the company listed on the dryers themselves to have them serviced because the maintenance guys wouldn't respond to my requests. The guys across the hall smoke weed all day and all my clothes now smell like I'm the pothead. The people underneath us yell in a different language all day long at their newborn who cries all through the day and night. There is no sound or heat insulation on any part of the apartment. I actually Febreezed our whole hall myself because it smelled so damn bad. Yes, the location is fantastic, but I am willing to give that up to live somewhere where I am not scared to go home or waiting to see what surprise will be lurking for me in the elevator every morning.
