Jefferson Hills bought out Edgewater Hills. The Edgewater Hills was decent to be at and the management was friendly and got all my issues solved within a day or two. Since turning over to Jefferson Hills, whenever I go into the management, I have to wait a while to get service and when I do, they are not only rude to me but I get the brushoff without them even looking into the problem or listening to what the issue is. I get a brushoff answer before my question is even completed. I have had packages stolen and when going to them I was completely brushed off and treated as an inconvenience to them. Since they have come into ownership, I have noticed an increase in the noise level in terms of couples moving in who scream at the top of their lungs, loud college students, and an increase in sketchy folks.
