I have to say I have read alot of these comments and some are justified and more are not. I live here and have for 4 years. I have had no problems at all. You have to expect a little noise a few maintenance issues from time to time but it is not out of control. I have referred 5 people here since I have moved it to recieve a $500 fee each time. That is great! The fitness center is great and I heard there may be upgrades coming with the new owners, JPI. The staff is always helpful and professional. I see changing faces in the office lately but the customerservice has improved so I have no complaints. The rent is perfect for me as I am a professional making my way through the ranks of my company. I plan on staying here a few more years and then moving to a house or condo. If you are on here to see how this place is, you have to read between the lines. Most people who come on here are here to complaing, think about it who ever writes anything positive. Well, I had to write because I soley disagree with these other complaints.

You made it a bit too obvious that you either work for the property management co. or are sleeping with a member of the property management co. Nice try though.
