I have been living in this place since the beginning of this year. Before moving in I read the reviews here presented and thought was not that bad. But now 7 months after I can't wait to my lease to expire.
Everything you read so far it's true. The parking are too tight, you can hear all the traffic of route 9, the neighborhood is not nice, you will find trash in the elevators, the doors are always brooked, about the maintenance they really don't care about you, they do not take care of the building, it's the worse place to live! a nightmare! Stay away if you can!

Now that JPI owns the property, have things gotten better or worse?

I think in the transition things have gotten a bit worse but in the last few months they have improved greatly.

i've been looking for this site quite a while finally i found it.i'd stayed in jefferson hills like almost a year and finally i moved out coz that place is worse and all the employee in their office were so unreliable,and the maintenance is not really 24 hours you still have to wait for them whenever they're available.i'll give jefferson hills a rate of 10 and thats the lowest.they deserve that for all the inconvinience they caused me.
