im writing this review to share my bad experience and also to warn other people before they rent here. my boyfriend and i got stucked in jefferson hills for almost a year its not that we wanted too its just the contaract we signed but finally we moved out!yehey!!!i dont have complaints about edgewater but since jefferson hills bought the property ofcourse new management and new staff. here comes all my bad experiences especially about the management/staff they were so unreliable, not helpful and most of all inconsiderate,the staff dont listen to your problem or what the issue is.the appliances are very old, the dishwasher are so YUCKY theres mold all over it.i called maintenane to replace it but all they do is clean it with windex.maintenance is slow,eventhough its an emergecy.the walls have no insulation and you can hear conversations thru walls.the main door is always broken.the rent is too high for small space.alot of construction for renovating nice and better apartments yah ryt they're all getting the benefits.they're renovating the apartments so they can get more people to lease and on the other side they will increase your rent for like hundreds of bucks.And by the way our heat bill was well almost 200 dollars in November, and was 250 in the following months and so.the only good things about this place is the fitness gym.I am not a disgruntled renter, but do wish for future tenants to be warned.THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE!!!
