Change comes with bumps in the road...

Coming from out of state to live in an apartment for the second time in my life I did not think Jefferson Hills rated such negative reviews. Of course I chose the top floor at the end of the building thus limiting my noise issues. The only noise I hear is from the parking lot and Rte 9 when the window is open, yet I expected to hear the highway traffic. It is true about the elevators in building 1630 however, it is the residents who "dirty" the elevators. Do you really expect staff to be in each building 24/7' As far as the open doors in the parking area (garage) it is the residents who allow for the doors to be left open thus allowing a breech in security. If you see it proped open close it. While renovations are being completed things are messy behind the buildings and I agree the new owners need to make adjustments for clean-ups. However lets remember change comes with many bumps in the road. Change takes time and as long as the management is consistent and constant with the improvements then is this really a ghetto' Very harsh words for a location in transition. As residents what are we doing to change the issues'
