dumping ground for families with kids who use the common areas as babysitting and play areas and contribute to the trashing of the common areas.
complaints are useless. cigarette smoke from my neighbor below infiltrates my apt nightly-it's a health hazard. i have mice in my unit continuously. the windows leak like a sieve and heating costs for electric heat are enormous. i am disgusted and looking for a new location to live.
