It's really weird how many people are negative about this place....
It's definetely not that bad. It's true you can hear your neighbors, due to the way the ceiling was built, but it's nothing major, that you can't sleep or have your own privacy. The new management JPI is doing a great job in keeping the place nice and neat, so things like "trashy" common areas, do not exist anymore. The customer service is great, they are always there when you need them, very friendly, very polite.

"Nice Place" was OBVIOUSLY written by someone in Property Management. If it's such a "nice place" here's a suggestion for you: Offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. MANY "luxury" communities (as THEY'VE started billing themselves) have done just that. They'll never do it, though, because they KNOW what an out-of-control -----hole it is.

I agree. This had to have been posted by someone from JPI because I have not spoken to anyone who thinks the new management is an improvement over the old one. That is a JOKE!
