Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Renter beware..! We lose water w/no notice (2nd time in < 6 months) . We just came back from shopping and have no water. (It's the middle of Jan. and it's 20 degrees outside).
We had to caulk our own apt. since the owners don't care/want to do the work. After spending $50 at Home Depot on caulking supplies our heating/electric bills went from $200 to 80! FYI..They have no thermostats.The heater is 30 years old and really, really inefficient.
We can hear our neighbours that are upstairs, across and besides us! the walls are paper thin, don't let the bricks fool you, you can still hear your neighbours! Here's an example, my wife turned on the oven a few days ago, I could hear her setting the temp three doors down!
