Very old buildings! Will co$t you money $$$!!

Very old building. Same heating system from 20 years ago. Trust me. I had friend lived there 20 years ago. I am so happy to have moved out 1 year ago!!
I had a small 1 bed room apartment that costed me like having a 4 bedroom! ELETRICAL BILL was always high!! AROUND $200.00 PLUS a month!!! CRAZY!!!

You don't need to open your window to get air. Don't you worry, air will come inside your apartment like a fan in the winter time!! And A/C''' Old systems' If you have allergy forget ittttttt!!!!

And the NOISE!!!! No security at all!! In the summer time you won't be able to sleep every night.... and what is up with the constant fireworks'''!!


Locatoin is great! Office people are very nice!! But the place needs a new heating system and new insulated windows!!

Or else you will pay through the ROOF!!!!!
