we've had nothing but problems with the office staff and our apartment while living here. We absolutely hate it! you'd think with all the BS on their site that this place was actually well ran... well... its NOT! When we first moved in here we were pretty much okay with every thing until we noticed small errors with in our apartment. its not insulated correctly, they had to replace our air conditioner in the living room on the second day, there is painted over mold in my sons room, the hot water decides when it wants to work, theres low water pressure with the hot water in the kicthen, the floor in the kitchen is coming up the carpets were stained when we moved in. The parking lots are the worst! they need to fill in numerous pot holes, repaint the spaces to actual sizes of a car and not COMPACT only. The noise is horrible, so much for that security guy that drives around. he's probably the one blaring the music at 2 am. The office staff clearly does not care about the residents we were told we could transfer apartments due to problems with our neighbors they would not allow me to view the apartment the day before we were scheduled to move because "they had until morning to finish it" we did not get to see the apartment until 2:30 on the day we were scheduled to move.. Needless to say nothing was right in it, they installed the wrong kitchen, half the brick was painted white. and the bathroom was non existent. When we told them we didn't want the new apartment because we didnt want to pay more for less than we had now, we we're told "well thats thie thing, we already promised your apartment to someone else" and then i recieved a phone call the next day stating that they were going to allow us to stay in our apartment until they could find us something else.. But our lease isnt up for another 2 months . Also I had a mouse siting in my kitchen on a tuesday, and i called that night, and wednesday morning and was told an exterminator would be there on thursday but they would send someone out to make me feel a little more comfortable having my 7 month old son there. No one showed up and i said what ever, okay an exterminator will be here tomorrow..thursday came and went and no one showed up ever! even when i called and was told someone would be right down. No one came. and the day we were scheduled to move while in the office my husband witnessed someone from our building on the floor below us complaining that he's been waiting for a month for an exterminator that his cat keeps catching the mice. we're on the 5th floor, he's on the 4th. they give you nothing but the run around in the office and there is a horrible lack of communication. first thing in the morning the next day maintenance showed up at our door and asked "you guys didnt move'" and when my husband replied no they messed up he leaves. they can show up to check for vacancy but not for mice'! even if i hadn't had the problems i've had i wouldn't reccommend this place. They only care about their paychecks at the end of the day.
