I have lived here for about 10 months and have had and seen many problems. All of the buildings and apartments are infested with bed bugs, mice, and rats. There is trash everywhere, and the sprinkler system keeps going off and flooding the building. The people in the office are a joke ever since KP (Resident services manager) left. She seemed to be the only one that kept her word to do something to help us with the many problems we had. Now that she is gone the management is completely ignorant and useless, especially -- who is the "property manager", not only does she not return phone calls but she also acts oblivious to any issues that occur, like we are the only people complaining of the bed bugs, trash, mice, loud neighbors, and dont forget the heating bills. It costs more to heat my SMALL apartment than it did to heat my house. I am only staying here until my lease is up because these people have no idea what they are doing! If they had any idea how to manage this place they would bring back the people that knew what they were doing. I was in the office back in April and saw the resident services manager taking care of a large number of people that had been displaced in the fire down the street. While they were yelling at her like it was her fault it happened, she was completely professional and everyone left feeling a lot better. Seems to me that would be the job of the "property manager", but who knows where she is! This place is disgusting and it is a complete disappointment. If you have a choice between the ghetto and Jefferson Hills, TAKE THE GHETTO!
