Despite all the reviews, my review is the opposite. I live at Jefferson Hills and have lived here for over 4 years. Of course I have hd issue but to be expected. There are over 1000 apartments here and a leak or two is bound to happen. The new management are always professional and nice to me. I pay my rent on time and I am happy to pay to live here. I don't have bugs or mice- there are probably people who brought them with them. I got a letter about a new clubhouse and I am excited to have this available to me and my family. I work at EMC and I am pleased to recommend this place. Feel free to ask any questions about this place I will be blantantly honest.

You are lucky and are not the norm in this place! I have lived here since last September and it is getting worse ever month. Starting in May we got bedbugs in our apartment because of the dirty people that lived around us moved out and the bugs needed a meal so they moved over to our apartment, which I have always kept spotless! The "professional" management has been anything but professional and the turn around in the office is unbelievable! Every time I go in the office there are new people and they are very rude! My building , building C, always has people that do not live here hanging around outside in the parking lot. In addition to not living here they prop the "security" (I use that term loosley because there is nothing secure about them anymore) doors open so they can get back in. I don't know about you but I have a infant and a toddler and don't feel safe with the thugs that waltz in and out of here and don't even live here let alone the ones that already do. 4 big black guys where banging on my door at 3 in the morning one time!! I don't care if they were purple that is a little unnerving for anybody at 3 in the morning! You must live in building one, they keep that building nice because that is how they impress people and get them to move in to this horrible place, all the other buildings are trashy and dirty.

Hello, we are potential new residents in building B...may I ask what building you live in and should we continue the screening process or put it to a complete halt? The leasing agent seemed nice and the model room looked gorgeous...but these negative reviews are starting to concern me!
