I have lived in jefferson hills for now a year- the 1st building is what sold us- umm nothing else is like that building- i live in the last building- cops and firemen are here weekly- front door and glass is always broken- my car has been hit 4 times by residents- multiple things in my apt broke- our electric bill is always redic- management is the worst ive ever delt with- my building is truly the ghetto and we pay the highest rent- They sent us a lease re newel letter with new pricing that finally fit the building - when we accepted they told us it was a typo and they actually raised it- During the winter they do plow but they actually plow u in and the security patrol is a joke. I actually watched my neighbor snort cocaine off the dryer - no joke. I could go on forever- THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I so agree! I left the place two years ago, Seriously, the rent is probably raised so much in order to pay the fire/police for coming out multiple times daily! Kind of like those dorm fines at the end of the college year for false fire alarms! Good luck and I hope you can find a new place sometime soon.
