This place sucks. The buildings are smelly and dirty. The heating and AC system is very old. You will pay a fortune in electricity bill for heating and cooling. The balcony is too dangerous for kids as it has wide grills (now they are replacing it) and cracked concrete. There is too much of noise. Whats wrong with those fire alarms. Everyday I see emergency vehicles coming here. The rent is too high for the condition of these buildings. There problem with doors and windows. They are either jammed or screws are falling off them. Guess they are too old.
If you are looking for safe and clean residence, then stay away from Jefferson hills. It sucks !
