I just moved in, and after reading these reviews I was terrified. First off management is great. At least my experience was,I probably called once a week with a different question or concern and every time it was handled immediately and with much professionalism. As far as the building goes- its not great. Its old, and a little run down and there are some undesirable smells in the hallway, but so what. My actual unit, doesn't smell at all- and everyone else living in the apartment has been very friendly. I have heard the neighbors a few times but I guess that is to be expected living in an apartment building. I am a new resident- so this may in fact change-but I am confident that if there were ever to be a problem that management would def help me out in anyway they can, they have already.
And yea the model that they show you is fabulous, its beautiful- and obv your apartment isn't going to be exact, so just ask to view your actual unit when it is ready to make sure its still what you want, I asked to see mine before I signed anything and it wasn't a problem at all.
