These people will be very nice to you until you sign the lease. After you sign the lease, you are worth less than a dog to them. If you file a complain, they won't respond and if you show up in person, they will implicitly call you a liar. If you still wanna move in, these are the thinggs to expect
1> You may not get the key to the apt on the promised date. But you will still be charged.
2>The apartment may be filthy and may have insects.
3>The elevators smell of dog pee.
4> The electricity bill for a 2 bedroom apartment might come upto 600$ or more for a 2 bedroom apt.
5>The conditions they tell you before you sign the lease is different from whgat they tell you after you sign the lease. In plain words they downright lie to you to get you to sign the lease.
6>If you complain they might tell you to mail a lady called ---------. She doesnt have a phone number and doesn't respond to eamil either.
7> If you make a maintainance request and if they key in, it is not unlikely that something might be stolen or broken when you get back. And if you protest, they will harass you even more.
Every once in a while they themselves log into such sites and give themselves 5 star ratings. No body would recommend these cheats other than themselves. They will steal all your money. Stay away from this mini gangster world.

----------is a real person. She "apologized" numerous times for the problems we had in our lease at Jefferson Hills. But then to compensate it had us sign a lease at Jefferson Terrace, which while being nice and quiet and actually has maintenance that does their job (yes same company) It's just not worth the Rent we pay. But it takes a long time for her to answer. I had to call corporate for her to finally call me back.

Is there no way to bring these terrorists (aka Jefferson hills) to justice? Is it so easy for these unethical apartment owners to cheat you off your money? Is there anyone else besides me who wants to take these no good rascals to court? Something should be done about these arrogant cheats/gangsters.
