I lived here for almost 4 years and really didnt have any problems above the normal. My family and I had an issue with someone who was regularly parking in our paid parking spots (both of them) but they eventually towed the car and needless to say it never happened again. The apartment was mostly pleasant, my diposal cloggeed a few times but thats really all. I read a lot of the reviews and they are pretty bad. In fact they are kinda scary. I can only really speak for myself and my family but we really enjoyed it and loved the pool in the summertime. The new management is def better than the old, they are always pleasant and smileing when I used to pick up my package deliveries. I would be cautious with why people are writing these really bad remarks. The onyl reason I left was to get my kids in the wayland school district otherwise I have no real querrels. All in all it was pleasant and comfortable.
