I lived in Lord Chesterfields for 2 years. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors phone two apartments away ring. My floor aqueaks so bad I think I might fall through. I have woken up in the morning and found kethup smeared allover my doorknob. The management is never in the office. I had 3 ceiling leaks in 8 months. The stove and air conditioning unit is from 1978. Over half the people who live here are illegal immigrants. People speed 50 mph in the parking lot. The windows leak, are about 20 years old, and have mildew all around them. I am afraid to walk in the hallway barefoot or touch the walls, people stick their snot on the wall- I'm not lying!
