Same as all other reviews. Pathetic place, people living there are mostly immigrants from brazil, who seem to have no clue as to what hygiene. Everyone smokes in the hallways and throws smoked cigarette on the carpets even without putting it out! THERE WAS A FIRE IN BLGN 12 recently, which I strongly suspect was due to such reclkessness. Speeding inside the building, bunch of brats scratching cars, pathetic state of hallways and carpets all gives a BIG NO to this place. For a $100 more per month, you can live in a place thats zillion times better!!!
