Walls are extremely thin, can hear entire conversations through the walls. Mold was growing, they spray painted over it. Rusty bath tubs/sinks. The work they are doing to improve it is more of a cover up job instead of fixing problems. There is a constant draft through the windows, leaks, and the outside is NOT kid friendly. People smoking marijuana in the halls and the smell from their apartments gets you high from contact by the time you get to your own.
