I lived at the "Lord" in 1988-89, and it's interesting to see that nothing has changed. When I lived there, the buildings reeked of garlic and onions, illegal aliens made up more than half the tenancy (and the office KNEW they were illegal!). Constant fire alarms going off (a former tenant torched our lobby one night), and cockroaches galore!! We moved after the roach problem and when the guy downstairs threatened us because we complained about him blasting his stereo at 2am. Stay away, people.....you have been warned!!!!
