Just driving through the complex this place looks like a refugee camp with bed sheets hanging in the windows for curtains and people hanging out the windows yelling and throwing things out. I lived here for almost two years and can't WAIT to get out. The rent is increasing dramatically and with no new upgrades or changes to the run down apartments. Everything is old and they won't upgrade or replace anything when you complain. The reason i moved in because the apartments are a good size but I can hear every word of every conversation through the thin walls from the apartments on both sides of me!! I've had my car backed into several times (a brand new car!!) and no one has any dignity to leave information. The management doesn't care what goes on here, as long as they get their rent. The whole complex should be raided by immigration and shut down.

I totally agree! It's ridiculous how little the management cares about the tenants. And if immigration were to come here, there would probably be only 15 or 20 tenants (I mean CITIZENS) because no one is from here.

When I lived there, the Brazilians downstairs from me used to blast their stereo at 2am. When I complained to the office, one of them came to my door and threatened me. It wasn't until I notified the police and threatened to call immigration that their game stopped. Worst living experience of my life, and to this day management doesn't even try to get better quality tenants.
